Family Mediation Jersey (FMJ) help families in conflict, especially those divorcing or separating, to turn their arguments into agreements.
They support you in making joint decisions to resolve and prevent disputes around finances, childcare, and more. Mediators don’t tell you what to do; they help you reach your own agreements. Freely negotiated decisions can restore communication, understanding, and trust between family members.
If children are involved, FMJ believes parents are best placed to decide their future, and in most cases, you may not need to go through court.
