An honest and open conversation on men’s mental health from those with lived experience
Christmas can be a magical time, but for many it is a time when mental health issues can be magnified with the added financial and emotional strains of the season. You don’t need to be on your own to feel the burden with a recent survey highlighting that 54% of people are concerned about the mental health of someone they know at Christmas. Men in particular face the additional pressures of social stigma when it comes to asking for help or event talking openly about their struggles.
Join us for an honest and open conversation about men’s mental health, from men with lived experience and local Channel Islands charity Man Club, who support men through these times of difficulty. The event is open to all, but why not bring a male friend along with you? Tea and coffee is on us, and in return we ask you to give the gift or your time and support this Christmas in discovering what we can all do.
